Frostburg State clinched the No. 2 seed, St. Mary's and Mary Washington earned playoff spots with victories, and Penn State Harrisburg secured the sixth and final postseason berth on the final day of the CAC women's soccer regular season on Wednesday. 

With the nine-game regular season now complete, the six-team CAC Tournament field is set. Christopher Newport (16-0-1, 9-0 CAC), which captured its fifth consecutive CAC regular season title on Saturday, remained unbeaten and wrapped up its second straight unbeaten CAC regular season with a 7-0 win over Marymount. The Captains will host a semifinal on Wednesday. 

Frostburg State (8-7-2, 7-1-1) secured the No. 2 seed in the CAC Tournament for the second straight season with a 1-0 victory over Southern Virginia, knocking the Knights out of the playoff picture. The Bobcats earned a first-round bye and will host the other semifinal on Wednesday. 

Salisbury (9-9, 7-2) blanked Wesley 6-0 to clinch the No. 3 seed and first-round home game on Saturday. The Sea Gulls will host Penn State Harrisburg. 

With five teams in the hunt for the final three playoff spots, St. Mary's (5-8-4, 4-3-2) and Mary Washington (8-9-1, 4-4-1) pulled through with crucial victories to cement spots in the postseason. St. Mary's topped York 2-0 to earn the No. 4 seed and a first-round home game, while Mary Washington defeated Penn State Harrisburg 2-0 to earn the No. 5 seed. St. Mary's will host Mary Washington in Saturday's first round. 

Despite its loss to UMW, Penn State Harrisburg (11-7, 4-5) captured the sixth and final seed in the CAC postseason. This marks the Lions' first postseason appearance since joining the CAC in 2013.
