Mary Washington's Lindsay Raulston Falls in First Round in NCAA Tournament Women's Tennis Singles Championship
University of Mary Washington sophomore Lindsay Raulston, playing in her first NCAA Individual Championship, fell in the first round of the national singles draw on Thursday in the Championships, in Cary, N.C.
Raulston, the 2012 Capital Athletic Conference Player of the Year, fell to Kara Shoemaker of NCAA team national champion Williams College, 6-3, 6-4. Raulston closes the year with an overall singles record of 25-4.
