Salisbury Collects Second CAC Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship
Salisbury captured the 2019 CAC Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship on Saturday at the Freeman Center, tallying 154 points to defeat second-place Christopher Newport (135) by 19 points. The Sea Gulls now have a pair of CAC indoor titles as SU earned the inaugural women's indoor competition back in 2012.
Mary Washington notched 117 points to finish third, with York (85), Penn State Harrisburg (82) and Southern Virginia (32) in fourth through sixth, respectively. Frostburg State took sixth with 12 points.
