The 2019 CAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships begin Friday (May 3) at the Irwin Belk Track at POMOCO Stadium on the campus of Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Va.

The two-day event will open with eight field events beginning Friday at 3 p.m. with running prelims starting at 4:30 p.m. The remainder of the field events and running event finals will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday (May 4) morning with an awards ceremony to follow the conclusion of the meet at approximately 2:45 p.m.

Christopher Newport looks to continue its winning streaks in both genders, with the women looking for their sixth-straight outdoor title and the CNU men seeking their fourth consecutive outdoor crown.
