Christopher Newport's Alyssa Dozier was named a Second Team All-American, while Sammy Carroll was an honorable mention selection for the fourth straight season.

She also had 345 kills and 108 blocks, the latter total ranks 17th on the Division III charts this season. She's the first Captain to take home Second Team All-American honors since Rachel Conway in 2015.

Carroll finished the season with 1274 assists, the most in her career and the fifth-most in school history. She also added 298 digs, 41 blocks, and 64 service aces. Carroll averaged 9.88 assists per set and posted a season high of 59 assists in the win over Washington & Lee. She reached 5,000 career assists in the final match of the season and is now the second Captain ever to reach 5,000 assists joining Brittany Collins as the only CNU players to ever reach the mark.

Mary Washington senior hitter Jordan Lyons gained honorable mention All-America honors.

Lyons turned in another all-around spectacular season in 2023, registering 357 kills in 35 matches, with 503 digs, 48 total blocks, and 33 service aces. In her three-year Eagle career, Lyons scored 960 kills, 1366 digs, 120 aces and 103 total blocks.

Salisbury sophomore Gwen Eustace was named honorable mention All-America.

Eustace blossomed into a star in her sophomore season as a Sea Gull. She concluded the 2023 campaign with 237 kills (2.26 K/S) at a .344 clip, a mark that led the squad. She also piled up 108 blocks (1.03 B/S) and 20 service aces.
