CAC -- Southern Virginia's Jill Westman claimed 2019 CAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Year honors to lead postseason awards after voting conducted by the league's coaches. 

Westman, in just her sophomore season for the Knights, became the second in program history to win a women's CAC individual title. She posted an impressive time of 24:57.91 and finished eight seconds ahead of the rest of the competition. Westman concluded her season with a 39th overall finish at NCAA Regionals. 

York junior Emma Rogers was selected Scholar-Athlete of the Year after displaying her leadership both on the course and in the classroom. Rogers finished ninth individually at this year's conference championship and excels with a high GPA as a nursing major.

Mary Washington newcomer Grace Pippin earned Rookie of the Year recognition after she posted a 21st place finish at the CAC Cross Country Championships to lead all freshman. Christopher Newport first-year head coach Danny Feldman and his staff brought home Coaching Staff of the Year honors after the CNU Captains collected their fourth CAC women's title.
