York sophomore outfielder Jimmy Wiegers had an incredible week going 7-for-13 on a 4-0 week for the Spartans. Wiegers posted a robust .538 batting average and .647 on-base percentage for the week with five of his seven hits going for extra bases with two doubles, one triple, and two homeruns. Wiegers picked up 12 RBI on the week while slugging an incredible 1.308 for the week. Wiegers also stole a pair of bases and was perfect in the field in seven chances. On the season, Wiegers is hitting .433 with 2 homeruns and 16 RBI.

Salisbury junior Clayton Dwyer locked down his third win of the season with a complete game performance against the University of Mary Washington on Saturday afternoon. Dwyer pitched all nine innings while striking out six batters and allowing only one earned run on three hits and one walk. This marks the second time this season Dwyer has earned CAC Pitcher of the Week honors.

York's Bobby Kuehn twirled a gem on Saturday throwing eight strong innings in a 6-3 victory over Southern Virginia on Friday. Kuehn led off the three-game series with his eight inning performance allowing 9 hits, 3 runs, 2 earned, while striking out a career high ten batters and walking just one. Kuehn is now 2-0 and has gone 8.0 innings in each of his first two starts on the season while posting a 1.13 ERA...Frostburg State's Ryan Roell hit .471 with eight hits, five runs, two home runs and 10 RBI in four games last week for Frostburg...Salisbury's Brad Haas had an impressive week at the plate, batting .471 (8-for-17) with a double, a home run and nine RBI. He also added eight runs scored, two walks and two stolen bases to help lead the Sea Gulls to a 5-0 week...Christopher Newport's Seth Woodard picked up an extra-base hit in all four games for the Captains this week, and multiple hits in two of them. Woodard hit .500, slugged 1.143, and reached base at a .682 clip in 22 plate appearances this week. He went 7-for-14 with 6 walks and 2 HBP, reaching base in 15 of his 22 appearances at the dish. Six of those seven base hits went for extra bases with four doubles, a triple, and a home run. In the three-game CAC series against Frostburg State, Woodard was 6-for-11 with 7 RBI, 6 runs scored, 4 walks and 2 HBP. Hit his first home run of the season in a 26-12 win over the Bobcats...Penn State Harrisburg's Travis Van Houten had a monster week in leading Penn State Harrisburg to a 4-0 record. Across four victories, the junior hit .400 and slugged 1.000 to go along with an on-base percentage of .471, giving him an insane OPS of 1.471 for the week. The Saylorsburg, Pa. native was especially effective in a doubleheader sweep of St. Mary's (Md.) on Saturday. Across two games, he hit a pair of 3-run home runs and added a triple and a double, racking up 10 total RBI in the process. In addition to his dominance at the plate, he earned the win on the mound in game one after getting the start and throwing 6.2 innings. He allowed just three runs, had no walks and struck out five batters.
