Five CAC women's soccer teams and two men's squads were recognized with the National Soccer Coaches of America (NSCAA) College Team Academic Award for the 2014-15 academic year. Teams with a combined grade point average of 3.0 or higher earn the honor.

Christopher Newport Senior Jalon Brown Named All-American

Christopher Newport senior forward Jalon Brown became the first player in program history to earn first team All-American honors twice in his career. The Captains leading scorer was named to the D3soccer.com All-America First Team on Wednesday afternoon, capturing his second straight honor from the national web service.
Six From CAC Named ECAC Men's Soccer All-South Region All-Stars

Six men's soccer players from the CAC were named to the ECAC All-South Region second team. Salisbury led the way with three all-stars, while Frostburg State, Penn State Harrisburg and Wesley each landed one player on the squad.

Six men's soccer players from three CAC member institutions earned NSCAA All-South Region accolades, announced Wednesday. Christopher Newport senior Jalon Brown and Salisbury senior Logan Becker landed on the first team, CNU senior Alec Faulkner was the lone CAC player on the second team, and CNU sophomore Harry Nodwell, Frostburg State sophomore Hassan Mostafa and Salisbury senior Kyle Westbrook received third team accolades.
