Wesley sophomore Brionna Johnson earned CAC Player of the Week accolades after posting game-highs of 19 points and 11 rebounds in the Wolverines 71-64 victory over Arcadia. Johnson has began the year with a double-double in each of the Wolverines' 10 contests, leading the nation in the category.

NOTES AROUND THE CONFERENCE

Five CAC teams competed last week, with Salisbury defeating Christopher Newport 62-58 in the only CAC action of the week ... Salisbury is ranked 20th in the WBCA/USA TODAY Top-25 and 21st D3hoops.com rankings ...  Nina Haller collected her first career double-double on 14 points and 10 rebounds while Anna McClain pulled down a career-best 14 boards in St. Mary's only game of the week ... Salisbury senior Anna Hackett scored a game-high 18 points against Christopher Newport to move up the program's all-time scoring list to No. 7 with 1,402; Hackett only needs 54 points to move another spot on the list. Julia McLaughlin scored a season-high 14 points for the Sea Gulls, including four of the six points in the final 1:30 to seal up the four-point victory for Salisbury over CNU ... With a 6-4 overall mark through 10 games, Wesley has surpassed its win total from last season.
