Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) Commissioner Chris Roekle has been appointed Chair of the NCAA Division III Membership Committee.

Roekle has served as Commissioner of the C2C since July 2020, coinciding with the conference's rebranding from the Capital Athletic Conference. Under his leadership, the C2C has undergone significant transformation, including the addition of new member institutions and the expansion of athletic opportunities across the country. His strategic direction has helped position the C2C as a progressive and nationally recognized presence within Division III athletics.

"I am honored to serve as Chair of the NCAA Division III Membership Committee," said Roekle. "Division III plays a vital role in the holistic development of student-athletes, and I look forward to collaborating with my colleagues to support institutions in delivering meaningful and balanced athletic experiences."

In this role, Roekle will lead a 10-member committee responsible for overseeing the provisional and reclassifying membership process, developing educational programming and resources for active members, and reviewing waiver requests related to membership requirements. He has served on the committee since March 2023.

Roekle's appointment reflects his continued dedication to advancing the mission of collegiate athletics and fostering environments where student-athletes can succeed both academically and athletically. His leadership is expected to guide the committee in supporting the ongoing growth and integrity of Division III athletics.
