Mary Washington's Lindsey Elliott Named Field Hockey Regional Coach Of The Year
Mary Washington second-year coach Lindsey Elliott was named the DITA/NFHCA regional field hockey coach of the year after leading the Eagles to the 2012 CAC title and to a berth in the NCAA Tournament semifinals.

Elliott led Mary Washington to a 20-2 overall record and a trip to the 2012 NCAA Final Four. Her squad captured the Capital Athletic Conference regular season and conference tournament titles. Elliott was recognized as the 2012 Capital Athletic Conference Coach of the Year.
