2023 NFHCA Division III All-Region Teams

Ten field hockey student-athletes from the Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) were selected to the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) All-Region teams.

Christopher Newport had five honorees with four on the first team, while Salisbury had five total and three on the top squad.
