York Senior Tyler Hutson and Junior Caleb Abney Sweep CAC Men's Lacrosse Players of the Week
YORK, Pa. -- York swept this week's awards as senior Tyler Hutson and junior Caleb Abney were selected as the CAC Men's Lacrosse Players of the Week for March 30, 2015.

York senior Tyler Hutson was named the CAC Offensive Player of the Week after totaling eight goals and four assists in a 2-0 week. Hutson began the week with a career-high nine points in a win over Marymount, posting a career-high tying seven goals and two assists in the victory. He scored his nine goals on just nine shots including a trio of man-up goals. He followed that up with a goal and two assists in a come-from-behind victory at Mary Washington.

York junior Caleb Abney was named the CAC Defensive Player of the Week after allowing just 6.11 goals per game with a 63.6 save percentage in a pair of CAC wins for the Spartans. Abney began the week with seven saves and six goals allowed in York's 14-7 win over Marymount, playing 57:52 minutes in the win. He followed that with 14 saves and just six goals against in a road win at Mary Washington. The 14 saves marks the fifth time this year that he has reached double figures in saves in a game. For the year, Abney owns a 7.48 goals against average and a 59.1 save percentage.
