Salisbury's Justin Lambert And Stevenson's Ansger Otto Earn Second-Team Men's Soccer All-America Recognition

Salisbury defender Justin Lambert and Stevenson forward Ansger Otto were named second team men's soccer All-Americans by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).

Lambert had a strong senior season in which he played and started in 17 games and was named to the All-Capital Athletic Conference first team for the first time in his two-year career at Salisbury.

The Silver Spring, Md., native was a defensive stalwart for the nation's 18th best defense, as the SU defense limited opponents to just 0.52 goals per game. Lambert served as a distributor on the offensive end for Salisbury, as he dished out five assists in 2010.

For his career at Salisbury, Lambert played in 37 total games and finished with 14 points on three goals and eight assists.

Otto, the first All-America selection in the Mustangs' 17-year history, was one of just five sophomores to earn All-America honors.

Otto, who was also Stevenson's first all-region selection, led the nation in scoring with 51 points on 18 goals and 15 assists. The 2010 CAC Player of the Year and two-time All-CAC First Team selection ranked second all-time in the CAC in points behind Ryan Olsen of St.
Mary's (Md.) who totaled 72 in 2001.

Otto also ranked third in assists for a single season and sixth in goals. In just two seasons and 42 games, the 2009 CAC and ECAC Rookie of the Year has totaled 73 points on 27 goals and 19 assists.

Stevenson totaled 13 wins this season, the second-most in school history, en route to capturing the ECAC Division III South Championship.
