York Gains 5-0 Victory Over Mary Washington For Spartans' Fourth-Straight CAC Men's Soccer Crown

York exploded for two goals in the opening 10 minutes and finished a strong defensive effort in posting a 5-0 victory over Mary Washington to win the 2012 CAC men's soccer championship - the Spartans' fourth-straight crown in seventh in the history of the conference.
The third-seeded Spartans set the CAC marks for most goals in a championship game and largest margin of victory in a championship game in securing the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. Pairings for the national championships will be announced Monday.
