Salisbury to Host NCAA Men's Soccer Regional; York Headed to Regional at Stevens Institute

CAC regular season champion Salisbury will host a four-team NCAA Regional for the first and second rounds of the NCAA Tournament, while CAC tournament champion York will travel to Hoboken, N.J. for its regional hosted by Stevens Institute.
Both Salisbury and York will begin their quests for national championships with first round contests on Saturday, Nov. 16.
Salisbury (17-3) hosts Greensboro (13-5-2), automatic qualifiers from the USA South, with defending national champion Messiah (18-1-1) taking on Centenary (N.J.) (12-5-3) in the regional's other showdown.
York (17-2-1) will meet Mt. St. Mary (12-4-3), which earned the automatic bid from the Skyline Conference, in Saturday's opening round at Stevens Institute. The other matchup in the four-team pod features Stevens (16-1-1) and Baruch (12-5).
Game times for all games will be decided in the next few days.
Nineteen sites will host four teams for first- and second-round competition Nov. 16-17. Second-round winners will advance to one of four sectional sites Nov. 22-24.
Winners of the four sectionals will advance to the national semifinals, which take place at Toyota Field in San Antonio on Dec. 6. The national championship game will be played Dec. 7.
