York Women's Soccer to Travel to Granville, Ohio for NCAA Tournament

The York women's soccer team learned its NCAA destination on Monday as the NCAA Division III Women's Soccer committee released the 2015 tournament bracket.
The Spartans (9-10) are heading to Denison University in Granville, Ohio for the tournament's opening weekend and will face Washington-St. Louis (Mo.) in the tournament's opening round. Denison will host DeSales University in the first round on Saturday. Game times for Saturday's matches will be announced on Tuesday afternoon.
The Spartans earned their NCAA Tournament berth courtesy of their 1-0 CAC Championship victory at Mary Washington on Saturday in double overtime. York won all three of its CAC Tournament games on the road and all three wins came against teams that beat York in the regular season.
York's opening round opponent brings a 16-2 record to the tournament. The Bears won the University Athletic Association (UAA) automatic bid after their win over #19 University of Chicago on Saturday. The Bears are currently ranked fourth in the nation. The NCAA tournament appearance is the 10th straight for WashU and 15th overall.
