Salisbury’s McTaggart, Quandt Earn C2C Women's Volleyball Weekly Honors
The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the second week of the 2024 women's volleyball season. Salisbury's Kiley McTaggart earned C2C Offensive Player of the Week honors, while the Sea Gulls Emma Quandt was named C2C Defensive Player of the Week.
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Kiley McTaggart, Salisbury
Salisbury sophomore Kiley McTaggart could not be stopped at the net over three matches at the Stevenson Quad, eclipsing double-digit kills in all three fixtures for 33 kills (3.30 K/S) in total. McTaggart swung .415 for the weekend, including .478 to rack up 13 kills against Gallaudet and .500 to land 10 kills against Stevenson.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Emma Quandt, Salisbury
Salisbury senior Emma Quandt racked up 13 blocks (five solo) over the Sea Gulls' three-match sweep at the Stevenson Quad over the weekend. Quandt stuffed eight attacks alone in a four-set win over Gallaudet, recording all five of her solo blocks for the week in that match.

C2C HIGHLIGHTS
Senior Emily Flamm was named to the Washington and Lee Invitational all-tournament team this week, as #24 Mary Washington split four matches at the event. On Friday at W&L, Flamm scored six kills without an error and added eight block assists in a 3-0 win over Averett, and then added 10 kills in a loss to the hosts. On Saturday, she scored five total blocks in a 3-1 win over Lynchburg, then added five kills and a pair of blocks in a loss to Gettysburg. On Tuesday, had six kills in loss to East. Mennonite… Christopher Newport's Macy Burk posted 35 kills across three matches this weekend, hitting an impressive .319. She recorded a season-best 13 kills in two different matches, including a standout performance against Schreiner, where she hit 13 kills with a .500 hitting percentage in a 3-0 sweep… UC Santa Cruz's Ashley Magley recorded 42 kills and 12 blocks on the weekend to be selected to the Whittier Classic All-Tournament team, recording double digit kills against No. 11 La Verne and against Whittier… Mount Mary's Harlee McDowell, totaled 37 digs in four matches, providing a consistent defensive presence for the Blue Angels… Christopher Newport's Audrey Stenger recorded double-digit digs in each of the three matches over the weekend. She also made no reception errors in two of the three matches. Stenger also showcased her serving ability, delivering seven aces, including five in a four-set match against Heidelberg… Warren Wilson's Josie McCoy recorded 90 digs in 17 sets (5.29 per set) in five games last week. She had 23 digs in a five-set loss versus Oglethorpe, and 20 at Brevard.
