The 2019 CAC Cross Country Championships will be hosted by York College at Reservoir Park (adjacent to campus) in York, Pa. on Saturday (Nov. 2). Race time for the men's 8k is 11 a.m., followed by the women's 8k at noon. 

On the men's side, York looks to defend last year's conference title, the fourth in program history. Christopher Newport has high hopes of making it four titles in five years, while Salisbury desires its first title since 2014. Mary Washington also will show up motivated to claim its first championship since 2009.

In the women's competition, York is seeking its fourth-straight title. CNU captured three-straight championships prior to the York run and has its sights set on another title reign. Salisbury has eight CAC titles on the women's side with the last coming in 2011, while Mary Washington's last of 14 titles came in 2012.
