Mary Washington freshman Austin Farrar was chosen as the CAC Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week after leading the Eagles to a dual meet win over York on Saturday, capturing first-place finishes in both the 1,000 and 500-yard freestyle races. He won the 1,000 with a time of 10:05.33, and then claimed the 500 at 4:51.22. The Eagles defeated the Spartans, 161-101, completing a perfect 5-0 conference dual meet season.

York junior Morgan Schreiber was awarded as the CAC Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week for the second straight week after picking up three individual wins in the Spartans' tri-meet split with Marymount and Washington & Lee. Schreiber won the 100 backstroke (54.63), 200 backstroke (2:00.08) and 200 IM (2:04.88), helping the Spartans improve to 4-0 in the CAC with a 198-57 triumph over Marymount. He also swam the leadoff leg of the 200 medley relay squad that placed second. Schreiber now has a team-leading 16 individual victories for the year.

Mary Washington senior Dallas Tarkenton was selected as the CAC Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week after leading the Eagles to their first-ever team win at the Gettysburg Invitational last weekend, achieving two NCAA provisional cuts and one Gettysburg Pool record in the process. Tarkenton touched first in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 1:51.40, winning by nearly five full seconds, on Friday. On Saturday, he broke the GC pool record with an NCAA "B" cut in the 100-yard butterfly at 48.62. He also swam on the winning 400 medley relay which helped UMW come from behind in the last race to win the meet.

Frostburg State junior Christian March was tabbed as the CAC Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week for the third time this season after breaking a meet record, a school record, securing two NCAA "B" cut times and a pair of first-place finishes at the Franklin & Marshall Invitational. Both of March's winning times rank among the top five in Division III so far this year. He finished first and set a meet record in the 200 breaststroke with an NCAA "B" cut time of 2:03.48, which ranks fourth in the nation. He also touched first in the 100 breaststroke with another NCAA "B" cut at 56.37, which ranks fifth in the nation. March broke the school record and finished third in the 50 freestyle at 21.19, the 15th-best time nationally. He also posted strong showings in the 100 freestyle (47.31; 34th nationally) and 200 IM (1:58.32; 48th nationally).

York freshman Jesse Tate was named the CAC Men's Swimming Athlete of the Week after breaking two records in the Spartans' CAC victory over Salisbury on Saturday. Tate earned a pair of individual wins with his record-breaking performances, setting a school record in the 100 butterfly (52.62) and breaking the pool record in the 200 IM (1:58.98). He was also a part of the winning 400 medley relay in 3:38.59, and placed second in the 200 freestyle (1:47.51). Tate's times in the 200 IM (27th) and 100 butterfly (30th) rank in the top-30 nationally.
