Salisbury Senior Sarah Seipp Receives CAC Women's Basketball Weekly Honors
YORK, Pa. -- Salisbury senior Sarah Seipp was named the CAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week for Feb. 2, 2014.

Salisbury senior Sarah Seipp was tabbed as the CAC Player of the Week after helping the Sea Gulls remain undefeated in league play with another 2-0 week. Seipp averaged 18.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 5.0 steals and 3.0 assists per game with just one turnover throughout the two contests. Against St. Mary's, she total 16 points, including nine during a key 11-0 run to start the second half. She also tallied a game-high eight rebounds and a game-high three steals against the Seahawks. Against Southern Virginia, she posted a season-high 21 points, while tying a career-high in steals with seven.

Salisbury remains the lone unbeaten in the CAC with an 12-0 conference record, followed closely by Mary Washington (11-1). The Sea Gulls and Eagles will meet on Saturday in Salisbury ... Salisbury became the first CAC team to clinch a playoff berth, its fourth-straight bid after a two-year hiatus.
