Mary Washington Junior Shelby Harris Nabs Second Straight CAC Women's Tennis Weekly Honor
YORK, Pa. -- Mary Washington junior Shelby Harris was tabbed as the CAC Women's Tennis Player of the Week for April 21, 2015.

Mary Washington junior Shelby Harris was selected as the CAC Player of the Week for the second straight week and third time this year after going undefeated in singles and doubles last week. In an 8-1 win over St. Mary's in the 20th-ranked Eagles CAC regular season finale, Harris claimed a 6-1, 6-2 victory at No. 1 singles and teamed with Kait Brogan for an 8-1 victory at No. 1 doubles. In a 6-3 loss to sixth-ranked Johns Hopkins, Harris claimed two of the Eagles' three points. She took down the fourth ranked player in the region, Ashnaa Rao, 6-4, 6-2, at the top singles spot and once again teamed with Brogan for an 8-4 victory over the fourth ranked doubles duo in the region.
