FREDERICKSBURG, Va. --- Now several weeks into the CAC swimming season, this week's conference honors were awarded to Joey Peppersack of Mary Washington men's swimming and Carley Vaughn of Mary Washington women's swimming.

Peppersack broke the American Paralympic record in the 100 yard IM on Friday in the Eagles' win over Frostburg State, shattering the previous mark by three seconds, with a time of 1:08.01.

WOMEN'S SWIMMING
Carley Vaughn | Mary Washington | Jr.

Vaughn won a pair of races as Mary Washington topped Frostburg State and Hollins on Friday. She captured the 50 freestyle at 25.56, and came back to win the 100 individual medley at 1:02.79. Vaughn's 100 IM time ranks seventh in Division III so far this season.
