YORK, Pa. -- York senior Matt Rosenkrantz was named the CAC Men's Tennis Player of the Week for April 21, 2015.

York senior Matt Rosenkrantz earned CAC Player of the Week honors after going a combined 4-0 in singles and doubles play last week, helping the Spartans advance to the CAC semifinals. In Tuesday's regular season finale at Penn State Harrisburg, Rosenkrantz combined with Jake Greenstein to earn an 8-0 win at No. 2 doubles before claiming a 6-1, 6-4 win in the third singles match. In the opening round of the CAC Tournament, Rosenkrantz again combined with Greenstein, this time to earn a 9-7 second doubles win. He then earned a 6-1, 6-3 win in third singles to help the Spartans advance to the CAC semifinals at Mary Washington on Tuesday.

Salisbury's Sean Ngo was the difference maker in the Sea Gulls earning the No. 2 seed in this week's CAC tournament, capturing the fifth and deciding point in a 5-4 win against No. 37 Christopher Newport last Thursday. With the match knotted at 4-4 and No. 5 singles the lone undecided point, Ngo rallied for a 1-6, 6-4, 6-2 victory to give Salisbury the win.
