There is only one undefeated program in the history of the Capital Athletic Conference – the University of Mary Washington women’s swimming. The Eagles have won all 24 conference championship meet titles, dating back to the first year of conference competition in 1991. Several other programs have won a lot, but no other program is 24-for-24.

Jarrell played soccer, almost exclusively, from pre-school age until high school until dipping her toes in the swimming pool. She’s worked hard during her career for the Bobcats, and achieved one of her goals during the 2014 CAC Championships.
