Frostburg State Student-Athletes Contribute To Allegany (Md.) County Special Olympics

Several Frostburg State University student-athletes volunteered
their time at the Spring Games of the Allegany (Md.) County Special
Olympics as part of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC),
held earlier this month at Allegany College of Maryland.
The Bobcats were responsible for escorting Olympians to their
events, handing out medals, setting up events and recording event
results.
Frostburg State has begun a partnership with the Special Olympics
as part of the Capital Athletic Conference SAAC and NCAA
Division III SAAC Initiative.
Earlier this year, the SAAC committees at Marymount University
