The Wesley College Student-Athlete Advisory Committee announced its partnered with the Delaware Chapter of the Special Olympics and will work directly the Dover Dreamcatchers Special Olympics team.

The NCAA Division III SAAC announced its partnership with Special Olympics at the 2011 NCAA Convention in San Antonio, Texas. 

The Capital Athletic Conference SAAC endorsed that partnership at its spring meeting Feb. 20, 2011, at Marymount University.  All SAAC organizations at CAC member institutions have pledged to try to coordinate an annual activity with the Special Olympics organization near their respective campuses.

Members of the Wesley SAAC will work with the Dreamcatchers in softball, track & field and power lifting every Sunday for a two hour practice as they prepare for their Summer Games on May 10-11, 2011 at the University of Delaware.
