Penn State Harrisburg announced today that it will add an intercollegiate men’s and women’s track and field program. The teams will begin competing in the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) in 2014-15 during the indoor and outdoor seasons.

Tim Hartung (Mohnton, Pa./Governor Mifflin) earned his second All-American honors this year with a seventh place finish in the 10K and Phil Cavaluchi (Port Carbon, Pa./Pottsville) qualified for the long jump finals and finished ninth overall.
